Article 1 (Purpose)

The Company provides professional guidance on precision metal fabrication, specialty structure manufacturing, and global facility construction. Inquiries made through the website serve as a foundational step for calculating provisional estimates. Legally binding contracts for actual production and delivery will be concluded through a separate written agreement.

Article 4 (User Obligations and Intellectual Property Protection)

1. When requesting a quote, the User must provide only information to which they legally hold the rights, and must not submit unauthorized trade secrets or drawings belonging to third parties.
2. All intellectual property rights, including construction cases, images, and UI designs posted on the Company's website, belong to the Company. Users may not commercially process or distribute them without explicit written consent from the Company.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be held liable for delays in services or feedback caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or rapid fluctuations in the raw material market. Furthermore, the Company is not responsible for problems arising from structural defects or dimensional errors inherent in the basic drawings provided by the User.

These terms shall enter into force on January 1, 2026.

(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recognizes the personal information and technical data of our clients and their representatives as our most vital assets in conducting B2B business. The Company strictly complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and transparently discloses how collected information is securely managed through this Privacy Policy.

- B2B Quotation and Project Consultation: Technical review of special structures and precision fabrication, sending quotations, identifying representatives, and facilitating smooth communication.

Article 3 (Retention Period and Destruction of Personal Information)

1. As a rule, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection is achieved.
- Simple Quote Inquiries: Safely stored for 3 years after the consultation ends, then destroyed.
- Executed Contracts: Retained for 5 years in accordance with relevant laws regarding records of payment and supply of goods.
2. Destruction Procedure and Method: Information in electronic file formats is permanently deleted using technically irreversible methods (e.g., Secure Erase). Printed documents are physically destroyed using professional shredders.

Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties and Outsourcing of Processing)

The Company does not provide personal information to external parties or outsource handling without the client's prior consent. However, if collaboration with partners (e.g., processing companies) is inevitable for on-site construction or special fabrication, the Company will notify the client of the purpose and scope in advance, obtain approval, and share only the minimum necessary information.

Article 5 (Rights of the Data Subject and Methods of Exercise)

The client (data subject) has the right to request viewing, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing of their personal information at any time. By submitting a request via our main phone or email, we will take prompt action in accordance with relevant laws after verifying your identity.

Article 6 (Technical and Managerial Measures for Securing Personal Information)

The Company is strengthening its internal network security system to fundamentally block information leaks caused by hacking or ransomware. Furthermore, we strictly limit the number of employees with access to personal information and drawing data, and conduct regular security pledges and training for all employees.

Article 7 (Matters Concerning Automatic Collection of Internet Access Information)

To enhance user convenience, the Company's website may utilize 'Cookies' that store access records. Users can refuse the storage of cookies by adjusting their web browser options; doing so will not cause any disadvantages in basic website browsing.

Article 8 (Strict Security and Handling Policy for Technical Data)

The Company deeply understands the specific nature of the B2B manufacturing industry. 2D/3D design drawings, special material specifications, and technical data equivalent to trade secrets provided by the client for quotation and process review are managed under stringent security regulations. The Company does not misappropriate such data for its promotional portfolio or leak it to third parties without the client's explicit written permission.

Article 9 (Consultation and Relief Procedures for Privacy Infringement)

If you require objective consultation or mediation from an external agency regarding a privacy infringement that occurred while using the Company's services, you may seek relief through the following national agencies in the Republic of Korea:
